The Patient Experience
While at least 10% of the population suffers from Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD), almost no one knows about this condition. People suffering from BVD have a small amount of vision misalignment not found on a routine eye exam. Their body corrects the misalignment by overusing and straining the eye muscles.
This causes the symptoms of BVD, most of which are not traditionally thought to be associated with vision (but they are). These symptoms can include headache, dizziness, anxiety, motion sickness, nausea, neck pain, anxiety, ADHD, learning / reading challenges, gait imbalance and light sensitivity.
People suffering from BVD have seen many specialists, had many tests and tried many treatments and medications, yet have not gotten much relief until their subtle vision misalignment was corrected using glasses with realigning lenses.
If it sounds like you might have BVD and and have looked into other treatments that have not worked, it is likely that you have BVD. We suggest you find out by taking this simple test at IsItMyEyes.com
